When is Steak Night, what does it include & how much does it cost?
Steak Night is EVERY Wednesday starting at 5pm! Steak dinners include a HUGE steak, LOADED baked potato, a side salad, & a roll. Steak night is DINE IN ONLY!!

Do you have LIVE music??
Yes, we host ticketed and non-ticketed live music entertainment at Sawyer Park.

Do you allow dogs??
Yes, we allow dogs on our patio.
We follow all ADA guidelines regarding service animals.

Are kids allowed?
Yes, we are family friendly until 9pm. After that, we are 21 & up.

All ticketed events are 21 & up, regardless of time.

Do you show UFC fights?
Yes, we will have all pay-per-view UFC fights.

Can we bring our own lawn chairs to sit on the turf?
Yes, we encourage you to bring your own lawn chairs!!

Do you host events??
Yes, we host a variety of events at Sawyer Park Icehouse. These events include baby showers, reunions, birthday parties, sports watch parties, graduation parties, wedding rehearsals & MORE!

What are your hours of operation?
We are open every day of the week.

Sunday-Wednesday 11am-Midnight

Thursday 11am-11pm

Friday & Saturday 11am-2am

BOOKING EVENTS

Can I make a reservation?
We do not take reservations, we’re a first come first serve establishment. For parties of 30 or more please contact or event coordinator Haley at events@sawyerpark.com  

How many guests can you accommodate?
Sawyer Park Icehouse is a unique event space that can be used for events both large and small. We have semi private event spaces that accommodate up to 100ppl. We also have larger, more open spaces that can accommodate up to 2000ppl. The possibilities are endless.

Can multiple events go on at the same time? Can concerts also be going on during events?
Yes, the building is designed to execute multiple events. Events during ticketed concerts will be charged a ticket fee.

What kinds of events can be hosted?
Social, Corporate, Wedding Receptions, Rehearsal Dinners, Engagement Parties, Non-Profit Galas, Birthday Parties, Conferences, Meetings, Seminars, Team Building, Product Launches, Networking, Conventions, Award Programs, Graduation Celebrations, Anniversaries, Reunions, and Festivals.

Do you allow outside alcohol or food?
No, but because Sawyer Park holds its own liquor license, we can fully customize any bar or beverage package to suit your needs, including off-menu special requests and rare finds. We can work directly with any beverage company to arrange sponsorship and donations. Sawyer Park offers a full working kitchen therefore event menus or open to customizations. Only approved desserts are aloud.

Can I bring in outside event vendors?
Yes. We do have a curated list of the best event professionals to cover all of your needs, but you are welcome to bring in approved outside vendors for decor, entertainment, photography, etc.

What does it cost to rent the spaces?
In short: It just depends. In addition to being a dynamic event space, we are also a working concert venue, restaurant,  and bar, and pricing will vary by exact space and date. Please inquire for pricing and availability!

Do you have a planner on site?
Our events team are at your service to assist you with all the details of your event, from vendor recommendations and bar package selection to logistics details and timeline. On your event day, we are on hand to execute details pertaining to the venue and to make sure your guests have a great time!

What if I want to host a private concert?
Please email events@sawyerpark.com, and we will connect you with our booking and concert operations team.

Ticketing

Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets to Sawyer Park shows are available on our website using the “Get  Tickets” link next to the show listing. 

I forgot to print my ticket or lost my ticket. Can you help me?
Please come to the box office on the day of the show with your ID and your method of payment, and we will try to assist you. You may also email our ticketing company at booking@sawyerpark.com

Who is your official ticketing company?
Our official ticketing company is Sawyer Tickers – Thunder Tix. Tickets purchased directly from our website is your best option for getting authentic tickets.

I bought my ticket from a ticket reseller (e.g., StubHub)–is that okay?
We cannot verify the legitimacy of any tickets purchased from a reseller until they are scanned by us. Therefore, purchasing tickets from a third-party reseller are at your own risk.

The show is sold out! Will you be releasing any more tickets?
For sold out shows, additional tickets may or may not be released.  Stay tune to Facebook for updates.

Event Changes and Cancellations
All events at Sawyer Park are subject to change. Changes may include date, time, location, ticket prices, ticket availability, and the artists scheduled to perform. Changes to events can be caused by many things, such as weather, travel delays, artist scheduling, facility requirements, etc.

Refunds and Exchanges
We cannot issue refunds or exchanges on tickets, as all ticket sales are final. We can only issue refunds when the entire event is canceled and is not rescheduled.

Weather
All events at Sawyer Park Outdoor Stage are rain or shine. We cannot issue refunds in the case of inclement weather unless there is a complete cancelation of an event. Most time the event maybe moved to our inside stage.

Ticket Limits
To prevent ticket scalping, White Oak Music Hall has implemented a limit of 8 tickets per customer. Customers who exceed this limit may have the entirety of their order canceled without notice at Sawyer Tickets discretion.

Third Party Ticket Vendors
Sawyer Park cannot verify the validity of any tickets purchased from third party vendors until the tickets are scanned at the venue entrance. Please be advised that you are purchasing such tickets at your own risk and that they may be lost, stolen, or otherwise voided.

Lost/Stolen Tickets
Lost or stolen tickets may, at Sawyer Tickets discretion, be replaced. To request assistance, Sawyer Tickets can be reached via email at booking@sawyerpark.com Proof of purchase, such as the credit card used, may be required.

A show was canceled. How do I get a refund?
Refunds for canceled events are provided in the occurrence of an entire event cancellation, not for shows that have been rescheduled. If the event is canceled with no reschedule date, purchasers who bought their tickets online through Sawyerpark.com will be alerted via email that a refund is in process, which will typically post to your account 7-10 business days after a refund is initiated.

BOOKING BANDS

My band is interested in playing at Sawyer Park who do I contact?
Booking at Sawyer Park is handled exclusively by email at booking@sawyerpark.com
We do not conduct booking via the phone, social media, etc.

Can I send Sawyer Park a demo of my band?
We do not accept unsolicited demo material via mail. Please email a link to your band website with audio samples to booking@sawyerpark.com

Is Sawyer Park available for private events?
Yes! Please email us at events@sawyerpark.com for more information.

Please understand we do not answer every email due to the about of volume we receive everyday. Please know we do review every band. Also know we’re booked months in advance, but we do get random dates and request for events so we try to promote as many bands as we can. WE LOVE LOCAL MUSIC so keep ROCKING!
